Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

The reason returns; refunds or exchanges are not accepted is because nothing in our store is pre-made. Freestyle Goods products do not physically exist until after they are ordered. Because of this, we consider every order a custom order. And custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
