When will my order arrive?

Production time is 1 - 2 days* and the shipping time is 2 - 5 business days*

*There are holiday exceptions. As will most online stores (even the biggest one), because of heavy demand, delivery times may be extended during the holidays, especially the winter holidays. Please review our shipping policy for more details.

Do you accept refunds, exchanges, or returns?

The reason returns; refunds or exchanges are not accepted is because nothing in our store is premade. Freestyle Goods products do not physically exist until after they are ordered. Because of this, we consider every order a custom order. And custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Are your shirts going to crack and peel?

All designs are printed directly on the shirts to prevent cracking and peeling.

Is your site secure?

Yes. Our store is on the e-commerce platform Shopify and is secured by an SSL certificate that encrypts the data to ensure online transactions are secure.
